Hi I am totatlly disable and today I am really a mess and I really feel terrible. I was told by The COLLECTION agency to provide a letter for them to sign by 2,00pm today. Sorry that I have not properly introduce myself. I need a letter that I can provide to the Collection Agency to sign that would have legal wait and hold up in court in the event that they violate there promise of not reporting my fully paid account to the credit reporting agency. THank anyone who can help in advance. I would really appreciated.

I have repeatedly sent the letter to Quik Payday over the last few days and I'm getting no response whatsoever from them. Any suggestions?

Well, I just received another call from some idiot at Interim Cash Limited. This time it was a woman with a foreign accent. I told her that I had made arrangements for my account on yesterday and she said she had no record of me doing so. She asked me to tell her what the arrangements were and I told her and then she hung up. I don't know what to think about these people. Can I trust them when I do mail in my money order? They don't seem to know what they are doing from one day to the next.

Can you please tell me what the rules are on listing a creditor on my credit report and then the collection company also that is collecting? I am paying off a charge off account, and after this is paid is the original creditor required to remove there entry off my report? Basically what I am asking is if both the creditor and the collection company can list negatively on my credit reports.

When I joined the forums I also signed up for a free phone consultation for debt consolidation. What I was wondering was what is the standard wait time for them to call? I really want to start getting my debts paid off and my credit repaired. I tried resubmitting, but as I have all ready submitted once it won't allow it. Does anyone know how long it may take for them to get in contact with you? Thanks for any help.

What exactly is TeleTrack? Is it the same as telecheck? I was told by Rio Resources that if I don't pay the balance, they will turn me over to the collection agency and report to the TeleTrack. They said if reported to Teletrack, I will be denied check writing privileges at gas stations, grocery stores, and etc. Is that true?

It never dawned on me (yes Im slow sometimes) until now that we get paid for giving suggestions and helping each other (never really paid attention to the DebtCC points until Jessi brought it up in other thread I read) That is probably one of the reasons why this community is tight knit and strong. I hope you do not mind me asking this question, where did the money come from in order to pay people for their particpation? Do you have sponsors? Pay out of your own pockets?

I got a called at work from someone at Cashnet500. He was calling of course about my delinquent account. I have recently started dealing with T&C as of last week. I told him that a company will be contacting him to handle this debt for me and he basically blew me off. He stated that they do not deal with consumer counseling services and if they call they are gonna tell them the same thing he is telling me. Then he tells me that they are probably paying my credit card debt for me. I advised him I do not have credit cards and that I am aware of what I am doing.
