Hello. I am in a Payday Loan hell. I currently have 12 payday loans, roughly totaling somewhere around $5000, and serious need to pay them off some kind of way. I just joined this site and I've noticed everyone speaking highly of a site called "T&C". I would love to take advantage of this of there services and would really aprreciate any information someone could give.

Well, To keep it as short as possible I have an unknown ammount of debt and collection agencys constently call, on bad days it seems one per hour... Anyways, I resorted in not ever answering the phone for anyone. Yesterday my parents answered there phone and it was for me. SBC was tring to collect something from 3 years ago... The phone call ended with him telling me to sell my car and take public transportaion, when I said some rude comments and hung up. I know this was not the route to go, but I was already very fresterated before he called and made my morning ever more enjoyable.

Sorry I forgot to put that I live in Delaware. Just trying to find out which compaines are legit in my state. I here a lot of you talk about that they can't do things if they aren't in your state.

I have been scouring the Internet in search for alternate banking account options. I found something called AccountNow. It is a debit mastercard where you can have your check directly deposited into the account. I just wanted to see if anyone has heard of it.

I sent a request to have a debt validated by Resurgence Financial. A lawyer from their company replied by sending me 3 facsimile of the original statements. Is this a proper wayt o validate a debt? The lawyer also said that they will take legal action in 14 days unless I set up a payment plan/settle the account. I am worried because I am a student with limited means. What should I do next? Does anyone know anything about this collection company. Thank you in advance for any help.

I was wanting information on how to get in contact with T&C?

I heard there is a way to dispute with CAs to provide validation of a debt, I think or else they have to remove it from my credit report. Is this true? How do I go about doing this? I already have an updated credit report from all 3 credit bureaus and noticed some of them have been listed twice and I do not recognize some of them. How can I clean it up? Thanks!
