I don't want to scare people that are very comfortable with T&C or other similar programs. After some internal debate I had to cancel the contract with T&C. A creditor I included with them called me about not receiving payment, and when I finally got someone to give me info I found that T&C hadn't received a money order I mailed. I asked why someone didn't let me know, since it caused a chain reaction of no payments to creditors AND my account was listed as "delinquent" through no fault of my own, I was told they are a self-help program only and can't follow up behind people.

Can someone please tell me where i can find the laws and state codes for nc concerning payday loans? I want to prepare a letter but i want to make sure that i have every thing straight.

I recieved a credit card app that is preapproved and I want to know what kind of company they are.
