Hi, I owe money to RJM Acquisitions LLC collection agency. They bought my debt from a previous collection agency 6 months ago. I got a couple letters from them that I just ignored. I got a letter from them today. I quote from the letter: "As required by law, we are informing you that we have submitted negative information regarding this account to Trans-Union and Experian." I checked my credit report with TU and EX and the negative information has not been on it yet. I have this debt since August 2001, why didn't the previous debt collection agency do the same?

:( I am new to this website and keep reading about T & C and its seems like a company I need to use. I have 5 payday loans outstanding and about $1500.00 worth of credit card balances. I can't afford anymore to pay my payday loan finance fees and keep up with all my other bills. Its becoming frustrating living paycheck to paycheck and sometimes not even that! I filed a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in 2000 and it was discharged in 2001. My question is this---Why was I able to still get credit after this (cards and I was able to co-sign on my daughters auto loan). To me it seems like I would be a bigger risk after the BK.

Hi We know that the business of FDCPA laws by a CA results legal action and the consumers can file a class action lawsuit against them. So what happens when there are shady collection agencies like Allied Interstate Inc still in business? They call people endlessly without any details of the debts and show rudeness. They go against the Mini Miranda disclosure as mentioned in Section 807(11) of the fdcpa. The company is also famous for false representation of the accounts. You can be forced to pay some unknown account because of their wrong contact.

Company/Individual reported: allied interstate I am getting calls from this company every day and on Saturdays. They call 2 or 3 times during the week everyday and 3 or 4 times on Saturday. It has to do with a Cell Phone that my daughter had but no longer is in service and she owed for the last month and didn't pay they are calling here but I know longer answer the phone because I have caller ID. What can be done with this Company and what can I do. Thank You
