Thought we could take some time out to celebrate our success in not using Payday Loans. When was the last time you called in for a PDL? For me its been since early Jan of this year. Around Jan 5 2006. I know some of us are still dealing with the after effects of our mistakes with varying success and strategies. And thoughts of "How stupid was I?" may have crossed your mind. But how long has it been? That deserves some self praise. Breaking out of the PDL cycle.

Hi, I owe money to RJM Acquisitions LLC collection agency. They bought my debt from a previous collection agency 6 months ago. I got a couple letters from them that I just ignored. I got a letter from them today. I quote from the letter: "As required by law, we are informing you that we have submitted negative information regarding this account to Trans-Union and Experian." I checked my credit report with TU and EX and the negative information has not been on it yet. I have this debt since August 2001, why didn't the previous debt collection agency do the same?

:( I am new to this website and keep reading about T & C and its seems like a company I need to use. I have 5 payday loans outstanding and about $1500.00 worth of credit card balances. I can't afford anymore to pay my payday loan finance fees and keep up with all my other bills. Its becoming frustrating living paycheck to paycheck and sometimes not even that! Can someone please let me know the phone number to T & C so I can contact them or will they contact me since I signed up? Thank you for any information you can give me.

I filed a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in 2000 and it was discharged in 2001. My question is this---Why was I able to still get credit after this (cards and I was able to co-sign on my daughters auto loan). To me it seems like I would be a bigger risk after the BK.
