I am getting MULTIPLE phone calls each day, from Glass Mountain Capital, for a debt my husbands brother has. Not that it matters but this brother doesn't speak to anyone in the family. I have no idea where he lives and most importantly it's NOT MY DEBT. I guess since we have the same last name and at one point my BIL lived in this town, they feel free to call me every stinking day.

They only way LLR would agree to my payment (they wanted twice the amt.) was if I gave them my debit card info. I am worried they will access it when they shouldn't and when I don't have the funds in there. Then they may add to my debt with penalties & more interest. My card may charge me too. Has this happened to anyone? Do they have a right to refuse payments w/o a debit card or bank info? It seems illegal.

I am 25 and went to penn state for five years. I ended up leaving during my last year because of family deaths and the inability to afford living expenses. My health had greatly deteriorated and leaving school was my only option. I never got any financial aid whatsoever and I had to pay out of state tuition all 5 years despite the fact I lived in Pennsylvania for the vast majority of that time. I am trying to go local to get a degree and have been struggling greatly because of this debt. I can't get any loans or save any money just to pay off the $2,000-$3,000 a month.

I had a loan with Pluto Marketing for $700 and already paid 350, I sent them a letter, I made arrangement with Pluto Marketing to pay $210, but i wasn't able to pay the arrangement is now null and the collection is asking for $910, what should I do?

I have an old Wamu account with a $1,200 balance that Chase charges me $17.00 a month in interest on at around 12% AND I have the new Chase credit card balance of $3,200 they also charge me $41.00 in interest. I had to take the 20% on top of the Wamu credit card - two cards in one account. The two charges every month are ridiculous. My credit is good at 622. I just bought a car at 6.9% financing.

I was sued by Discover and they garnished my bank account took 2,000. And now I'm being sued by Amx they put a hold on my account for 166.00. How do I end this? I'm a single mother of two young boys I can't have them keep putting holds on my account or I won't have money to pay my rent or put food on the table for my boys.I need help pls.

I have these attorneys calling my sister and me threatening to take me to court and press charges against me. I completed a payday loan consolidation plan almost 4 years ago Now I'm getting these phone calls threatening me they will come serve me papers and take me to court I paid all my debts off and now I've had 4 calling me I was so scared I have paid 2 already and I'm paying another one I can't keep doing this can u give me any advice I don't have money just to throw away Help!!!!!!!
