Has anyone used the new website that is called prosper? It's kinda like ebay, but to find loans.

Does anyone know of a Consolidation company that can help with $8500 debt ($10,000) and it's with a Law Firm in collections... Have been referred to several but none has been able to help me.. either because of the Amount being under $10,000 or because they won't take on debt already with a Law Firm. Need Help..Please
