Credit Plus called me and told me about a payday loan that I can payback gradually, and pay only a one time fee of 129.00 they said they'd take it out of my 500.00 payday loan and that the rest would be for me to use, I really needed that extra money to catch up from being unemployed and stuff, now I'm in far worse shape than before, they took their "fee" and didn't put anything at all in my checking account. Big scam.. I doubt they even have anyone who works in a customer service call center either cuz I was on hold for about 20 mins trying to get through...

Just got a "citation" delivered today (LVNV Funding L.L.C., not sure which credit card it may be for. and I'm not sure what you mean by debt validation. It says if I or my attorny do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued the citation by 10am the monday following the expiration of 20 days after I was served the citation, a default judgment may be taken. It doesnt really say a court "date" that I have to appear. Are they taking me to court? It says Plaintiff, owner of Account No. xxxxx It goes through a big outline that I dont really get.

:shock: I am going to call Advance til Payday now, at T&C's advisment. I will see if they are willing to work within the payment arrangements that I made with T&C. I really can't afford more than that right now and the T&C folks said not to let them make me feel like I need to pay more. Anyone have any luck having premier processing work with T&C. If so let me know what methods you used. I am having trouble with them. Also what is the address you guys use when sending payments out to them, or the address T&C sends the payments to?
