Hello, I received a summons to court from a creditor, Midland Funding LLC and their lawyer, in my county for a credit debt for a couple thousand dollars. It says I have 28 days to answer the complaint. I sent the creditor a debt validation letter today, but am unsure of the next step to take. Please help.

I have payday loans with the following: CashJar $625 paid 200 Mobiloans $300 paid 75 FedFinSvcs LLC (? not sure of this name but this is what the ACH comes through as) $300 pd $75 Advance America $900 (I have paid and rolled this over too many times to count) But when I asked to do an EPP she told me they don't really do those anymore. That they were bought out by some company in Mexico and they now keep a paper check each time I reborrow. Can anyone tell me what my best steps are to get out of this mess?

I finally came into some good fortune and one of my aunts has agreed to loan me $3000 to pay off a good majority of the payday loans I have. Before she had agreed I contacted Ace Cash Express about their ACH Revokation process and how the collections department works. The customer service rep told me to fax over the letter to their collections department in order to have it stopped and then confirmed it would be sent to their collections dept to set up arrangements.

The names of the payday loans are: 247Greenstreet, LoanStar, OneClickCash, soniccash, peppercash, cash king advance, Anasazi Group LLC, almost my whole paycheck goes through just paying their interests. Midland credit is trying to say i owe a bill that is over 7 years old. I only discovered this when it showed up on my credit report when we were trying to buy a house. I never made any such purchases and anyway the 7 years has run out.. My attorney advised me to check into this before taking any other legal action. There is nothing else on my report that could be considered derogetory. Please remove this immediately. All 3 credit bureaus are aware of this and ready to take legal action. Hello I had sent out the letter's to my PDL's due to they were illegal and no one responded except one. Integrity Pay Day Loans just took out $260.00 out of my bank acct. with a check. I have contacted my bank to have it reversed due to I have to pay rent and other stuff today. What else can I do? I didn't know they would mail a check with my name on it and have the funds withdrawn my acct. They never responded to my letter or nothing. Please help, thank you.
