Did anyone receive an email from MyInstantBenefits offering them a $3,000 unsecured credit card along with the purchase of an Equifax credit report? As a victim of the Alliance Funding Corporation scam, I am suspicious about this offer. The offer is made to people with bad credit and does not require any purchase of the company's own merchandise or any security deposit. They state that they will not check your credit report yet they want all of your personal information including social security number, birthdate, checking account number, etc.

I have heard alot about this company T/C, can someone please give me an example of how much you pay each month through T/C to pay off payday loans? Also can someone tell me how to contact them.

I went online and filled out an app for a DCL and now all these companies are calling and I'm confused. I ended up doing an unsecured CC with one comany, but they don't do PDLs. I have also been contacted by a law firm, I heven't called back yet but they seem to know more (of course) than some of the other companies that have been calling. I have learned my lesson with credit and PDLs. I just don't want to get burned more than I already have.

What happens if you have more payday loans than the state allows?

I recently had midland credit say I owe them money for an old debt- (which may be past it's SOL date). I did send them a DV letter, they sent a letter back asking that I send in all info I have while they "varify" (not validate) my account- I don't have the documentation- I have lost it in one of my many moves--I am not sure what to do next? If I communicate with them, will it affect my SOL date- will they think I am taking responsibility for the debt???

Hello All, Sometime back in 1999 my sister, who's budget I have been taking care of for over a year now, made an agreement w/MCM, Inc. to repay a debt. Their agreement was for $50.00 to be sent automatically via her bank each month. This is a wonderful set up for getting a debt paid off, however, you will tend to not open monthly mails which only state what you already know- namely that the payment was sent and received.

Has anyone actually received a loan by dealing with ICS Financial Group? I was told that their consulting/collective fee is 75.00. The proposed loan amount is 5000.00 from a bank called Universal something or other.
