We still have a great credit rating but we'd like to consolidate date, is this program right for us?

I just called Quik Payday, they were actually really nice, which I wasnt prepared for. I explained that I was going into debt consolidation with T & C and they said they needed to fax them the proposal. Then he continued on to say that they would glad make discount payment arrangement with me spread over 4 mos. He gave me his name and ext. and said if things do not work out with T & C to call him and theywould gladly work with me. HUH!!Fat chance. Then I called 500 Fastcash. They were not so friendly, not mean, just not as friendly.

Can a company list something on your credit report if they have never contacted you? Certified Recovey Systm has 2 listings on my credit report that say "collection account, past due as of Nov 2005", but they have never contacted me by mail or phone (that I know of. I have had a crazy collector call me at work, but wouldn't tell me the name of their company and they never called back).

Focus Financial 913-529-1600 keeps calling offering us a payday loan. I told not only no, but hell no. I looked them up and they seem to be a mortgage company. What are the mortgage companies getting into payday loans now?

Does anyone have a phone number for this company. They are listed twice on my credit report and give an address of Houston, TX but no phone number is listed. Thank you for your assistance.

Does anyone have a number for them? They are still showing an collection amount due on my credit report as of March 2006. I contacted them in 2005 and provided them information showing the Providian account was paid off in a home refinance in 2003. Thank you.

I have a couple of judgements on my credit report. I have paid both but neither have that information on the listing. Also, the original creditors also have the accounts listed negatively. Can there be multiple listing for the same account? and Should I presue trying to get the fact that the judgements are paid off in the report? Thanks
