I finally got through to someone at T and C and she told me if i had the paperwork back to them by wed or thurs they could stop the pdl debits on friday. was just wondering if that could really happen. It would be great and a little less worry.

okay--I thought when you get a letter in the mail from a collection agency and they say you owe 'so and so'...that is what it is. I know, I'm confused and now I'm confusing you..LOL. okay, say you get a letter in the mail today from collection agency, it says you owe $2000. You write them back and ask for payment offer and they tell you that they will accept $100 a month. I thought thats what it was $2000 and $100 a month would take you 20 months to pay it off. In other words, I thought what they say you owe is exactly that, the amount you owe. I received an email from Dell today.

:?: I need some information about a few payday loan companies I have loans with right now. I am stuck beneath a rock and a hard place right now and I was wondering how hard some of these are to deal with. Also do I need to stop payment on them or call them ahead of time and try to make arrangements? The companies are : United cash loans, World wide cash now, Pay day one, and cashnet500. I don't need harassment at work, if anybody has experience with any of these I would appreciate the help.

Hello. I am new here and have many questions. I have a copy of credit report. A collection agency has reported a negative item on it. I have paid it in full with the original store. The only problem I have is, it was for a check that bounced. It was not a credit account. Can they do this?

I defaulted on my loans last week and included in those loans were ICS and Cash Today Ltd. I am surprised that they haven't called me yet. Reading all of the posts here I expected that they would be the first to start calling but so far nothing. In fact, I've gotten a few e-mails from some of the companies and that's it. What's up? Should I be nervous?

I'd like to hear from anyone who is 6 months or more down the road with TC. Or has anyone paid off their balances with the paydayloans? Will they stop calling, debiting my account, etc when confirmed with TC? Just to curious to hear about a happy ending, payoff!
