:?: I need some information about a few payday loan companies I have loans with right now. I am stuck beneath a rock and a hard place right now and I was wondering how hard some of these are to deal with. Also do I need to stop payment on them or call them ahead of time and try to make arrangements? The companies are : United cash loans, World wide cash now, Pay day one, and cashnet500. I don't need harassment at work, if anybody has experience with any of these I would appreciate the help.

Hello. I am new here and have many questions. I have a copy of credit report. A collection agency has reported a negative item on it. I have paid it in full with the original store. The only problem I have is, it was for a check that bounced. It was not a credit account. Can they do this?

I defaulted on my loans last week and included in those loans were ICS and Cash Today Ltd. I am surprised that they haven't called me yet. Reading all of the posts here I expected that they would be the first to start calling but so far nothing. In fact, I've gotten a few e-mails from some of the companies and that's it. What's up? Should I be nervous?

I'd like to hear from anyone who is 6 months or more down the road with TC. Or has anyone paid off their balances with the paydayloans? Will they stop calling, debiting my account, etc when confirmed with TC? Just to curious to hear about a happy ending, payoff!

Hello, Been looking around here a lot lately but I still have questions. I had 2 cc opened in 97-98 both owned by retailers national bank, the last time I used these or made any payments was at the latest 2000. Those two are on my CR as charge offs with last activity dates as n/a/ Now, the same debts I'm assuming were bought by Asset Acceptance which are on my CR also and have an open date of 2003 and also last activity dates of n/a.

I need to provide address to T& C for the following payday loan companies. But when I called them they refused to give a mailing address claiming "It not standard business practic" or that "They do no actually have an address" Well their not answering the phone from a black hole.
