I keep getting calls throughout the day from these people, they call my cell and home number back to back. They leave at least 3-4 messages on my home number, but not on my cell, I have all their number routed to go straight to voice mail, but at the end of the day it shows approx 5 missed calls from them. I did have an account with Lane Bryant, but I do recall paying a little extra for the protection plan in case I lost my job..which is what happened, therefore couldn't pay all my bills.

Hello. I have gotten into a bad situation regarding payday loans. Two years ago I owed 20000 at the beginning of one month. I wish I still had the information to request refunds as they were all illegal PDls. And I could at least try to recoup some interest fees. My parents bailed me out. Recently I started again and while I think I'm getting out of it I'm afraid that it could happen at any time again. Addictions can come in clusters or trade off. I traded alcohol for spending and eating. Is there any place I can go to get help with this?

II live in California. I modified my first mortgage $240,000 at 2% under the HAMP program and my second $396,000 also HAMP at 1%. This rate is fix for 5 years. My first was easy to modify, but the second took me almost two years (Chase is extremely unreliable and difficult to deal with). The mod with Chase was finalized on Jun, 2011. I am in the process o bankruptcy chapter 7, I went to the debtors meeting 2 weeks ago. I know I only have 60 days to do the reaffirmation. By all means I want to keep my home, even tough I owe more then the house is worth, I do want to keep it.

I revoked my garnishment and i was taken to court. My question is can they garnish my wages after I went to court? i never signed anything. I did set up a payment plan. I told then that I could pay 50$ a month and they told me that they could not do that and i had to pay 100$ a month. If I stopped paying that can they take it out of my check?

Has anyone read about the new CoreScore that Teletrack is included with? When you go to get a mortgage they will factor in your teletrack record and how many inquiries you've had for payday loans and how many you've had in general. It'll also include rental history, utility bill history and collections that may not be showing on your 3 major credit reports. If people are getting declined for merely INQUIRING about a payday loan, I don't know how I'm EVER going to get a mortgage now. Now I'm reconsidering defaulting on any of these for fear that it will have a very bad consequence.

I recently spoke to a Lighthouse Recovery Associate about making payments on a credit card that i could not afford the monthly payments, the arrangements I made are for monthly payments. I got calls from them daily, and then called them yesterday. Should I call them back and have them fax me a debt validation request? My first bank draft doesn't go in till next month Aug... Please advise me on this...
