I'm 21 years old and I have many small debts to be paid off I want to clear my name but I'm not sure what the total of these debts are and I want to take care of it as soon as possible I feel overwhelmed with the credit mistakes I made when I was younger.

Wow...told them I wouldn't be able to pay them this week, that my account was frozen and that I would pay the whole amount by money order or western union on the 20th of this month. The nice broken-english speaking gentlemen informed me that they will not accept money orders or western union and that they will still attempt to debit my account (now frozen)to let it get returned so that it goes directly to their collection agency and they will accept the western union payment. I asked what the collection agency's name was, and lo and behold it's called "Cash today limited collections department

Has anyone else had experience with Payday Loans in Washington? I have already spoken with T&C and know that they are taking care of things,but you know sometimes it is hard to let go and trust that things will really be ok. I was just hoping that someone else might have some experience here and could give me some peace. I am so glad I found this website and I do feel like a weight has been lifted. Thank you all.

Well, the e-mails have started. I just defaulted on my loans on Friday and today I got e-mails from Cash Today Limited and Sonic cash. The one from cash today limited was actually very nice but sonic cash threatened garnishment and court action. I am sure that my phone will have a million messages on it. I listed my cell phone number as my home phone but I left it at home today. I sent my payment in to T&C and they told me that the payments would go out today. I hope so.

I know this is probably posted somewhere in the forum, but I was doing some research and came across this. How many collection agencies can say they follow the guidelines? So far each one that has called us has violated at least half of the list.[/quote]
