I have a PDL company that wants me to send in the total that is owed tomorrow. If I do this I will have nothing left and I am pushing off my house payment until the 15th as it is. My question is what happens if I only send them part of it? Will they send it back? Will they continue to call me and make threats? How can I get them to stop calling me at work? Any information will be helpful. Thanks

If you do debt program are you allowed to kkep any cards open?

I have a payday loan with cash today limited. The loan becomes due tomorrow. I have advised them that the account is not going to have the money in account on friday. A judgement that i have against me seized the money in my account and has caused multiple headaches for me. I need to know two things: 1. I will open a new account just to pay off the loan. They gave me an extension till 04/04/06. Is that a good idea? 2. With the seziure, will the court find out within like days and try to seize that? I don't think so. I would close the account as fast as I opened it.

I have two credit cards from citi bank that are in collection already, i check my credit report and there is just one acount listed and with a diferent amount a lot less than what i own, Did they forgot to put it in my credit report? can they outdated it? thank you

does anyone help people with credit scores of 500? we got behind one month and since then we cant catch up and instead of trying to consolidate debt they made markings on our credit and now no one will help us and they are demanding full payment and we cant do that... SOMEONE HELP!!!!

I started using a debt consolidation afew years ago. Last fall I got into a pinch and did not make my payments and the creditors dropped me from the program. Wiser and smarter I was wondering if I could sign up with debt program again :?:

Has anyone here ever tried one of those credit cards that they issue to people with poor credit to use specifically in the catalog that they send you with the card? Are they even worth trying? What kind/quality are the products in the catalog? I'm thinking this is most likely a rip-off, but I thought I would ask someone who knew first. Thanks!
