i cant say how much you guys have all helped me in getting my financial life straight....still going thru soooo much but little by little things are getting better.....i just had a baby qnd i have 2 others at home and being a single mom with no family just seems hopeless right now.....anyway if anyone can spare any points for donation i would be greatfu :oops: have a great days guys

When I consolidated with T&C I tried to close my account and they wouldnt close it...now these companies are still trying to deduct every week from all my payday loan companies!!!! The bank told me the only way to get my account settled and closed is to file fraud claims on these companies since I told them I consolidated!!!! Will this do me any good?????? Ive been crying all day...feels hopeless. Cant even reopen checking and this just sucks :cry:

Good morning friends! I will be helping Vikas with conducting telephone interviews of people in regards to Cash2day/Heathmill. I am seeking suggestions for questions which should be asked. I have listened to the interview pollyandsay, and will be using some of those questions, but are they any other questions you feel should have been asked that weren't, are there other facts you thought were left you that should be included? You ideas and suggestions are appreciated.

Ok...Got some "good" news today. I meet with my attorney tomorrow to get stuff organized for my accident settlement. I talked to Midwest Physicians Anesthesia who was present at my surgery last year to verify the amount of the bills and what collection agency was handling them...They said I could send THEM the payment, and they would cancel the collections. OSU said the same...Well the hospital part anyway, The emergency lady said I could not...But they're the SAME BUILDING... So this gives me an idea...I think I will have my attorney send checks to all my original creditors, and if they a

Is there any way to stop these collection agencies from calling a place of business when they are looking for an employee of ours?

Got my checking account frozen to all debits and checks! They didn't ask any questions, just did it. Here goes nothin.... Will wait patiently for the phone calls to start. I wasn't in default on any loans, but will be next week payday. Then I'll send the fees to T&C and hopefully cut them all off at the pass. Thanks again everybody. Last night was actually the first time I've had a full nights sleep.

I am seeking some advice - I have received a letter from an attorney's office stating that they are seeking a judgement against me for a debt. Should I inform them that I am seeking counsel for filing bankruptcy? Or should I not tell them that as they are not a collection agency? What is the difference between a judgement & bankruptcy? Also are the both on your credit report for 10 years or is a judgement longer? Thank you!!

Hello, I am new to this site.. Before I sign up for the debt consolidation, I have some concerns. I have like 9,000 of credit card debt and I was wondering if this is a really good idea for me.. Does this really work? how does it work exactly? Do they consolidate all my bills and I just have to make one payment or how? I would appretiate it if someone would respond.. Thanks
