Guys, this is crazy. I need to round up any of you that are having issues with this sad excuse for a company. I am trying to find an attorney that has experience in international law to take this case.

I've wiggled some things around and made it so I can get these things paid early! YAY! Schedule.. March 31...PAY DAY! YAY! Paying off my two remaining payday loans, with PAA, and the other one, who's name escapes me now. Also have extra left over in case JD ignores my letter... April 15... Paying $700 to Arrow for my CareCredit account. This is almost 1/2 of what I owe to them... April 28... Paying Bay Area Credit in FULL!

my car was repossessed in the year2000, they are still bugging me for payment they say i owe a balance of 6000.00 because of the interest last year i started paying them 100.00 a mont for 16 months because they were "ruining my life" lol.... now they started calling me at work. are they allowed to call me at work, and when will this be off my credit report? i live i n canada? thank-you

Just received an email from my company telling me they received a garnishment from Sonic and will be honoring it and taking $647.90 out of my pay Friday (basically my whole check). They faxed me the papers and it is a Declaration of Wage Assignment paper that I've never seen before and it has my digital signature and a scribbled witness signature. I've been with T&C since December and Sonic has been accepting payments and I hadn't heard a peep from them until now.

I have a debit on my bank statment from E-payday. Does anyone have a contact number for them?

Does anyone know of a good and credible loan company that will do a consolidation loan for a person with out having to use the realestate for collateral?
