:evil:I need to know why they keep taking from my account weekly?

So I have an old judgement on my CR. It has expired with the courts, was not renewed so is no longer enforceable. It is scheduled to drop off of my CR in December. This old judgement is pretty much the only deliquency that I have on my credit at this point so I'm wondering how much I can expect my score to increase. I did some Googling and found estimates of anywhere from 50-150 points. I'm ideally looking for personal experiences with judgements but any expert opinions on what I can expect are welcome as well.

If you close your bank account can you get in trouble with the law?? A collections agency is threatening me over an illegal payday loan (im in New Jersey) and saying if i dont pay the full balance they can have me arrested for a felony due to closing my account they said they had an affidavit from my bank

I had a reduction in my income by almost 1000 per month. I am trying to work with Cash Call and Check N Go to pay off the two accounts. They WILL NOT work with me at all. I have faxed them proff of loss of income, showed them my monthly expenses. They wont help! Not sure what to do now. Everyone else is working with me, but NOT the two mentioned above. :(

Hello I'm new here but i really need some advice fast. I have a loan with Plain Green and Great Plains lending Online. I have found out that they are illegal in my state of Ohio but they are both Tribal. I'm not sure what to do. I really cannot afford to keep paying them. Is there a way to stop paying them and avoid getting sued or anything bad since they are illegal in my state and tribal(illegal). Thanks

Will Amex eventually lower my limit? here are the facts. * I am the primary on the account * 26.4K limit (was lowered 2 years ago from 27K * in the past 3 years many negative marks on credit file. late mortgage payments, modified mortgages. etc. * all of my mortgages are current albeit modified * 1 credit card I stopped paying all together but my wife is the primary on that account. I am an additional card holder. I am now going to court to have this debt dismissed. * in the past 3/4 of year or so, I have been knocking down the balance and using the card for all my purchases at the same time.

I recently closed my bank account due.to lost checks. But thought I would be helping my payday lender problem as well since all of the advice about those was to close account and opening a new one in which they would have no.access. today I realized that o.e of these loans has had a transaction post to my new account. I have not given any of these loans permission or my new account.t information. How should I address this with my bank?

Do I need to close out my bank account? Even with a consolidation will the PDLs still try to take money?

I recently received a letter from P&P demanding payment from Credit card that they said they purchased from capital one bank,,I responed with a letter demanding that the provide proof that they have legal right to the debt.' They responded by sayiing that they will provide chain of title until after they file a law suit, this is nonsense, I plan on still re demanding that they proof they own it. Do you agree? This could just be a scare tactic P

My husband and I went on vacation to Orlando, FL 4/28/12 to 5/5/12. Because we were on a strict budget while we there I used an App and logged in every transaction we used our debit card for, so we can see a running total of where we were on our spending each day and to be sure we stayed under budget. Worked well and we came home with more money then we expected. Yay! Only problem is that now there are two transactions that never hit. Small amounts, $31.74 and $43.51 ($75.25 total). We did them at two different souvenir stores at two different times in Hollywood Studios (MGM).
