Can someone please send me information on companies I can work with who will help me consolidate payday loan debt? I am afraid to do it on my own...

What should I do they creditors still call my house, work, and cell phone still after i have set everything up with your company?

I received a call from these people yesterday. They said that for a $200 retainer they can put me in a debt management program and even consolidate my payday loans. Does anyone have any experience with them? Are they legit?

Great News for me! I just spoke to T&C this morning and 4 of my payday lenders have accepted their proposal: National Cash; 500FastCash(which I only owed $175) but they accepted T&C; Magnum Cash Advance and Worldwide Cash. Even one of my credit cards accepted T&C. WOW Now if the rest of them will do the same maybe I can relax and feel a whole lot better. But the funny thing is Quick Payday has been calling me at home and work and even sent a collection letter I called T&C on Monday they called QuickPayday on Tueaday so far no Phone Calls!! But yet they haven't accepted T&C proposal.

OMG!!! If you have not heard the pollyandsay interview you have to listen to it asap. I just got done listening and I am amazed! I too have loans with this company (the names I borrowed from were ICS and cash2day4u). I don't know how many times they have debited $79 and $89 from my account. pollyandsay, I am so onboard with any actions you are planning to take against this company and would love to be a part of a class action law suit against them.
