Can I open a savings account to any bank? will they turn me down if they find out that I have deliquent accounts for the past 6 months? pls.

Ok, so I'm taking some big jumps at the end of this month. Next payday is the 31st. I talked to Arrow yesterday again about stopping the interest on my account. Mr. Santana (lol) would only stop the interest if I up my amount to $250 twice per month, instead of $150 twice per month. It was a hard thing to say yes to, but I did.
