Opening a savings account having delinquent payments

19 years 5 months ago
hi! can someone help me out cause I did not know really what to do in this situation, I have unpaid or deliquent accounts for about 6 months in which I was'nt able to pay cause I don't have any stable job at that moment, all i have was a parttime job about 2 to 3x a week only in which the salary I got is too small and just enough for my daily needs, Now that I have a stable job and willing to pay my deliquent accounts/debts for the past few months. Can I open a savings account to any bank? will they turn me down if they find out that I have deliquent accounts for the past 6 months? pls.

Left a message on my phone to call about a letter they have sent me. Twice first Friday and then this morning while I was at church. I haven't seen a letter, and have never heard of this company. Anyone know who they are?

866-471-7100 - Does this number belong to CPI Incorporated?

I have received message from this number (866-471-7100) to call back or have your lawyer call us.I had a friend tell me there is a lot of bogus calls happening and to be careful not to get your self committed to anything. She called the number to see if they will give her any imfo. They would not answer any question other than they where TCI in Illinios and it was a personal thing. I have been married for 42 years and everything is in both or names. I did do some research on the computer and found a TxCollect dba TCI, but no location of their office.

I need positive thoughts my way this month please....

19 years 5 months ago
Ok, so I'm taking some big jumps at the end of this month. Next payday is the 31st. I talked to Arrow yesterday again about stopping the interest on my account. Mr. Santana (lol) would only stop the interest if I up my amount to $250 twice per month, instead of $150 twice per month. It was a hard thing to say yes to, but I did. In the long run, I think it will be good because I will have this paid off by the end of July, instead of who knows when with that 24.75% interest they were smacking me with.

Does anyone know of any bankruptcy friendly banks or credit unions? I live in Kentucky and I am looking to rebuild my credit by taking out a small loan after my bankruptcy discharges in mid-April. Thanks in advance.

Capitalism and Cows -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TRADITIONAL CAPITALISM -- You have two cows. You sell one and buy a bull. Your herd multiplies, and the economy grows. You sell them and retire on the income. AN AMERICAN CORPORATION -- You have two cows. You sell one, and force the other to produce the milk of four cows. You are surprised when the cow drops dead. FRENCH CORPORATION -- You have two cows. You go on strike because you want three cows. A JAPANESE CORPORATION -- You have two cows.

Example script from experienced collector...please read!!!!

Mods...please don't delete this! This is different from the other thread that is the guide. This is an actual acript! This is a little long, but please read! Those of us with several years in the industry are really good at knowing who has fallen on hard times as opposed to the "professional debtor." That said, let me talk about scripts. I don't care WHAT a collector tells you...they have a script. The collectors are monitored, and QA forms are filled out on them to make sure they did everything they were supposed to. The last place that I worked was really out of hand.
