My husband and I have several payday loans, and would like to consolidate them as well as several credit cards. I have seen several members talk about T&C. Could someone please tell me how there program works and what the monthly payments look like. As most of you probably know, we have gotten these loans because finances are tight, and we have had a few emergancies.

Has anyone dealt with Quik Payday? I just got a collection letter from them today. I owe them $600. I spoke to them earlier and told them I was with a debt consolidation program. Then they called again and asked which one then I get the collection letter today - is this a scare tactic for these payday loam companies - if so I am scared. I am going with T&C for debt consolidation of my payday loans and Quick Payday is on my creditor list. Should I let T&C handle Quick Payday?

is it easy to look up a company on the bbb website??

I am going to the path of debt settlement. I contacted one of my high balance CC and told them about my hardship and proposed a settlement. The supervisor who spoke to me said they do not settlte debts unless due to death, lay off or something realy bad situation. They also told me that they do not work with debt settlement companies if i was thinking to use one. Is this true. Can a creditor not work with a debt settlement company? What should i say the next time i attempt a call or send a mail.
