Could someone please tell me how I can contact this T&C company so I can get started on my payday consolidation???? What is there phone number and web address? Could anybody please let me know as soon as possible? This payday cycle is so frustrating and I am glad to know that there is a company out there that can help.

Is filing a report online quicker? Is it verifiable? In other words, can I see when it was sent/received/action taken, etc.? Or should all disputes be sent via the USPS? Thank you everyone : )

I need some help...I recently had a baby and i got a bill for my anesthesiologist for 1800.00. well my insurance company sent me a check for the amount and told me to cash it and send money order to the company so i did. well now 2 months later arrowhead collections calls me and states that the dr never got paid and that i cashed this check and used the funds for personal use! my problem??? i cant find my money order stub...ive cried for days, cant remember where i got the money order and now im screwed! its hopeless i really dont know what to do?

Can this be right? What do I do? I was overseas in Japan from 1994 to 2002. I then moved to FL. I recently moved to VA for another job so this was the first full year I filed VA taxes again (I was in VA prior to moving to Japan). When I filed this year, I was due a $196 refund. Instead I got a letter saying they took that and that I owed another $500+ amount. What the ???? They said it was from 1992 or 1995 (I can't find the letter right now... in the process of moving in one week). If it was '92, wouldn't that have come up in my 93 or 94 tax return?

I applied for and got this cc that was already 300.00 balance and when i tried to cancel they told me i couldnt until i paid off the cc and i never even used it??? anyone else seen this same kind off ripoff?

I have two small debts with a company called Cred Protection Assoc 1355 Noel rd Suite 2100 Dallas, TX 75240 972-233-9614 is the phone number showing for them but when I try it I get no longer in service and it is the only number coming up when I do a search on the company. Anyone have knowledge of a different phone number that is working? Thanks Tim
