I live in Mass, and have payday loans with: Magnum Funding ($500), Sonic Payday ($1000), AmericaCash Advance ($1000), Mr. Cash ($300), Apple Payday ($650) and Payday Connection ($850). I had payed off some of the loans before the holidays, but quickly got behind the eight ball and went back to the "old faithful" method. I realize now what a mistake I've made.

Someone is calling me to pay the debt off - I don't mind - but I can't understand the telephone number just a Mark Johnson - threatening me - so I have been taping it and will use it later - I just want to pay Platinum B- Magnum whatever this $390.00

I took out a pay day loan trough a walk in company. This was back in August of 04. I paid 75 every two weeks till Dec.04. Now I realize this debt is long over due and I've only gotten it down from 500 to 330. I just kept forgetting about it. I got a phone call Legal Mediation Practice yesterday. Telling me I had till 6pm to pay off the 330. Or they would take legal action against me. I asked till Monday and he told me no he's not a debt collector. I called back and spoke to someone else. Saying I could at least pay 100 to 200 on it yesterday.

What is the procedure from blocking the payday loan sharks from debiting your account? Do I send them a letter (if so by fax or mail?) telling them to stop debiting or do I go through my bank? I spoke with a bank rep and he initially told me I could block the lender code, then today he said they could only block fraudulent charges. I need to know because I was so excited about being able to have money to pay my other bills and now from what the bank guy is telling me, the charges have to be fraudulent for them to stop payment. HELP!!!!!!

Ok, I have won half the battle with them, because they do not call me ever. They are trying to take another 25 bucks out of my account today. Last week it was 30. I don't want to close the account, because I am going to sue the ish out of them. I do not have any money in the account, so they won't get any, but they still keep trying. Why won't these idiots give up??? I have thought many times about calling them and asking to speak with Aaron Gershfield. What do you think? Should I do that?

I got a phone call from Legal Mediation regarding a pay day loan I took out in Va. This company is in Florida. they told me I had to pay 330 by 6pm yesterday or they would be filing charges with my county. That it would be more than bounced check that it would be fraud. the orginal loan was for 500 I have it down to 330. I'm wondering if this is a scare or if they really are going to do all this. I'm going to pay 150 of it today. They also told me that they didn't take parcial payments they need the whole amount. that they weren't a debt collector.

I would like to remove a Bankrupcy from the CRA's is that possible?

Get this!!! I got a letter from experian today saying that my account is under fraud alert. So I went on line and ordered my free Experian report, because they said after this, I could have one. One of my husbands dell accounts has been dropped off of being "potentially negative status" and is now in the 'good standing' status but shows we owe nothing and has been reported as 'credit card lost or stolen'and has been forgiven. Now he only has three dells on his experian report. What does all of this mean?

I have 2 cards about 23,000 to pay back I have to go to court couse they calling mi and harassing me What to do?
