I have several payday loans and am paying about $2000 every two weeks in fees. I am behind on mortgage not to mention every other bill I have. I look back and I can't even tell when it got out of control! But now I am here and I have to deal with it. Can anyone direct me to a debt consolidation company that can help me! I am greatful for any advice you can offer.

I had the worst year of my life last year. Where do I start? I guess all the trouble began with my Dad being diagnosed with lung cancer in October of 2005. My family is very very close, and I was devastated. He died almost one year ago, on March 28, 2005. There are no words to explain how I felt..I was closer to me daddy than anyone else in the world. The pain was physical. First I slept. I would rush home from work every day and fall into bed until it was time to get my then 6-year-old from the bus stop. Then I would go back to sleep again.

I said last week, how I had contacted Arrow, and set up payment arrangements of $150, twice per month. The original balance was $1908. Balance remaining on the statement they just sent me is $1796.75. I'm no mathmatician...But 1908-1796.75 is 111.25....1908-150 is 1758. Are they charging me interest or what? I was not under that impression when I talked to the guy.. Any ideas?

Stay away from the payday loan lenders if you have to borrow from them you need to look at your financial situation why is it that you cant borrow from lower interest rates lenders it's time to stop borrowing. The best payday loan company if you are desperate is payday ok but if you run late with them it's hard to catch up. Pay day ok lets you make payments as low as $12 a week but dont default because the late fee, plus other fees will then make it too expense to catch up.

I have a debt to Verizon phone company that is being handled through KCA Fiancial. On the phone, we agreed to monthly payments and that they would contact me EACH month for a date to take the money from my checking account. The first payment was taken on 1/31/06 which I authorized. However, on 2/13/06 KCA Financial took another payment from my checking account WITHOUT AUTHROIZATION causing me several bounced checks and $120 in bounced check fees. I called several times and spoke to a customer rep. and faxed the paperwork to them showing that the money was taken without authroization.

On Tuesday my husband will be having surgery. We found out yesterday that we have to pay $400.00 on Monday because of the deductible. When I told them that we can't come up with that kind of money by Monday, the ENT clinic agreed to bill it after the insurance pays. Now we will owe $1600.00 after the insurance pays. Does it ever end? There goes us seeing daylight.
