I know we were discussing this in another thread a couple of weeks ago but I thought I would start a new one. I couldn't find the other thread. Anyway, I did a little research today. I didn't find out much but I was able to log into my account online. They are not accepting new clients at this time. The loans are issued through the First Bank of Delaware. I was able to print off my loan documents even. I haven't had a lot of time to delve into this matter more. I'm wondering if there is something going on with them. They don't respond to my e-mails.

So I have a few things I need help with...I have several payday loans out and I have just closed my checking account because they were taking out more than they should have so now I need to settle these debts! Also 2 of these companies are unreachable....JD Marketing and SJM Marketing!!!! Cant find a number or a site and I dont want them reporting to the credit report but cant find them to pay them;(

Where can I find information on the debt consolidation company I am currently using? I'd like to know if its part of the BBB and what kind of feedback the public has given. I'm thinking about going to a different debt consolidator suggested by this site.... The name of the company is the The Credit Network (TCN).

I was hoping someone could advise me how I can straighten out a situation with a joint credit card account that has some negative information listed on the credit bureaus. My family member has never used this card and is a joint user on the account, and now is trying to get a line of credit through their bank and the bank is telling them that because of the negative information on this account, they can't grant them to line of credit. I am the one that had some past due payments on the account and do not want them to be affected. Any suggestions on how to get this cleared for them? thanks

if a creditor uses the Sheriff's Department to serve a notice to appear in court (for debt repayment) are you responsible for the Sheriff's Department fees as well as the dept?

Do you know what MCYDSNB stands for? This company account appeared on my credit report; however, I paid this account in full some time ago, and I would like to write to this company to ask them to close this account so it reflects as such on my report. Thank you!
