Where can I find information on the debt consolidation company I am currently using? I'd like to know if its part of the BBB and what kind of feedback the public has given. I'm thinking about going to a different debt consolidator suggested by this site.... The name of the company is the The Credit Network (TCN).

I was hoping someone could advise me how I can straighten out a situation with a joint credit card account that has some negative information listed on the credit bureaus. My family member has never used this card and is a joint user on the account, and now is trying to get a line of credit through their bank and the bank is telling them that because of the negative information on this account, they can't grant them to line of credit. I am the one that had some past due payments on the account and do not want them to be affected. Any suggestions on how to get this cleared for them? thanks
