I was sued by Pressler and Pressler with a company called New Century Financial. The first I heard from these people was January when I received a summons. There was no clarification as to what this debt was and I simply responded to the courts stating I have no idea of this debt and that these people needed to provide more proof. I sent the filing fee to have this filed with the court file and a copy of the verification letter I was sending to Pressler and Pressler. Pressler and Pressler replied stating my validation perdiod was passed becuase they contacted me last year.

I am currently working with T & C to consolidate all of my payday loans, and I was just wondering if they are a good company to work with? They seemed very nice on the phone, but they also seem extremely busy, and I just want to make sure they are going to do a good job. They said they sent me paperwork last week Tuesday when I first called and I didn't receive it as of yesterday, so I called again, and they said they would send it out again. Had a call from them today. Say I owe 107 on a 100 loan from June 2005. Say they don't give address. Won't send a validation letter or my contract. Anyone know a physical address on these guys? They do business in New Mexico. Thanks.
