I have wrote Oxford manangement services three times now asking for validation, the last time was just on march 3. in the meantime, I get a letter from them today dated March 1. It goes as follows: This letter is to remind you of your upcoming promised payment for which is due to dell financial services. Your payment should be made payable to the above named client and returned in the pre addressed envelope...blah blah blah. WHAT PROMISED PAYMENT?????? there has been no such thing.

Hello All! I have received a letter from Receiveables Management Solutions (RMS) to settle my HSBC acct for half of balance due. The acct charged off in May 2005. I'm thinking of sending them a check & writing Paid in Full. Could that affect how they report to CRA's or can it help if I need to dispute it later. Thanks for your time. Rach

Hi All again: When I moved out of my apartment after my separation back in August I was left with an outstanding balance of $1875.42..Well received a letter today that: Dear: Melissa Your refusal to make suitable arrangements to satisfy the above referenced debt has resulted in your account being reviewed for litigation feasibility. It says they can garnish my wages (I live in Maryland) Liens placed on property including: -Auto, real estate, other real property..I have no liens with this company threatening me.

I have contacted them and have gotten my initial paperwork from T & C, but for some reason it just seems too good to be true...I have quite a few payday loans that I want them to take care of as well as a few medical bills - could anyone tell me if they have had any bad experiences with T & C? How is it to work with them? The young lady I spoke with told me that they would even pay the Western Union fees for me...

Can someone please give me advice on receiving a court summons from a Palisades collection company as the Plantiff? I had a prior account with Chase credit card which I had sent letters to see if they would do a settlement with me, I never heard back from them and I stopped receiving statements from them. Time went by and I honestly forgot about the debt. Yesterday a marshall showed up at my home and served me papers for court. The summons shows from an attorney for a court date in November.

So I assumed my AOL account was cancelled since my automatic payments were returned. They kept stating that my account was going to cancelled. Finally in December I had to call and cancel it even though payments were not made on the account. When I spoke to the rep I explained this to her and she said well you still owe like $76. I contacted the BBB in Florida and explained the whole situation. Well on Friday I got a letter from AOL stating I knew this and it was in my contract, etc.

Well it has been 30 days for Equifax and transunion and I have not recieved any info on my dispute letters. Where do I go from here? How do I get them to clear my credit report now??
