Hi, I am currently getting some info together to bring a complaint against Cash Today. I was wondering if I can use some of your post of other complaints as references.

I just got a letter today from a collection agency True Logic Financial Corp out of Englewood, CO. The creditor shows as Credit management Group. All they sent me was a letter without any supporting detailed information. I don't know who Credit Management Group is. I guess I will be sending out a letter on Monday.

Can a credit card agency change a payment due date without your permission? My interest rate recently increased after I was late one day, I requested my due date for the 21st, but the cc company changed it to the 15th somewhere along the way and I never realized it. :evil: I too went through debt fright, Link deleted as per forum rules-Mike

Don't use a debt consildation service ever. Work through it. It will make you stronger. and Will make your credit score better.

i gave my information over to a company over 2 years ago and i have not gotten any satisfaciton or have i began to pay off any of my bills. can i qualify for this is i have not made a payment to my creditors in over 2 yrs

Anyone know anything about these guys? They are collection for Aspire Visa, and it's not showing as closed...But I've been paying Midland for Aspire... Last reported date is 6/05, opened 7/04 Speaking of Midland, here is something weird... It says it opened 6/05..last reported 1/2004...Must have a time machine...

Ok, I'm studying my credit report... What exactly is the Last reported date..Is this the date that would determine when it goes away? I would hope not, because they change every so often... My equifax section also has a part that says "History Date"...What is that?? I wish there was a standardized form for all of this...where they all had to be the same and easier to figure out. I prob. just need to go to bed for the night, but I can't seem to put this thing down...lol

I don't recall signing up for this but my checking account has been charged $9.95 for the last serveral months and everytime I've tried to call the number listed I get an automated system that nevers allows me to speak to a live person to cancel or find out more about this service. Can someone tell me more about the Statute of Limitations for debts such as credit cards? When does the time period begin? Is it when the original creditor places the account in collections?
