Hello I currently have lexington law working on my behalf .my question is about a garnishment i failed to appear in court on said acct. was a household cc secured for 300 dollar deposit well i regrettingly failed to make payment acct was sold i believe twice and balloned to 2200 dollars with atty.

I know that the information on my credit reports will be different but I think something just isn't right. On my Transunion report I bet they have ever account I have had in the last 30 years. But on experian and equifax reports they have only a few. Equaifax has only 10 being reported and Experian has a few more but not like Transunion. the information is different on a lot of the accounts. Has anyone else seen this before?

I hope someone can tell me if I just made this up or if I really read it someplace. On medical bills or maybe any type of bill when the SOL runs out does that help to get a negative report off you credit file?

Hello, Back in October I sent out numerous validation letters to payday loan companies that included cease and desist requests only be made in writing. My question is, what if you never receive validation of the debt from the company or anything in writing. Is there a good way to handle them? Do they have to send you a debt validation letter or not? I don't know what to do with these companies that haven't verified the debt. Thanks everyone....

anyone heard of these guys they hang up when they dont get to my wife even when i tell them im her husband this is the 7th time and when i call back its a recording saying the customer service line is down and will be active feb9th friday afternoon well its the 10th not the 9th and its still not active tel # is 1 800 573 9031 any help would be appreciated thanks in advance
