Anyone know how I can get a copy of my teltrack report?

I apologize, I'm not sure if I am doing this right. However I had an issue with Sonic Payday attempting to get my employer to volunteer in wage assignment. However they do not participate in this type of program. I never received anything relating to the wage assignment and was unaware until I was notified by my employer today. What is my recourse with Sonic? Can you help me?

Does the SOL start from the last reported date on the credit report? My spouse has a collection account on his report - last reported date is 7/2001. We have made many very small payments since then, so if we were to stop paying, would they try to hit the credit report again, or do you think we can wait it out? Also this debt was for a broken lease - is there any way for me to find out whether the apartment was rented out during the time we were paying for the broken lease?

Just received a phone call (1-800-220-3350) from them stating that today is the last day that he can "help me" and that i needed to call before 9pm tonight. Does anyone know what payday loans these people collect for? Supposely he has been trying to contact me all week, but it's the first time he has actually left a message. So he should be mailing me something since he left a message, right?

If you receive a judgement against you, how much do they add to your balnace on average. Teh total amount due is 1200. I understand you dont have to go to court for this if you accept the judgement and you can start paying on it even before receiving the judegement, please let me know if this is correct. I had asked this question in a previous post but I believe it got lost amidst the other questions I had asked. I have a few listings on my credit report which have almost no information but are apparently hurting my credit. Some of them have no agencies / collectors listed, others have almost no information at all etc., They seem to be mostly on my Equifax report too which I thought was maybe some sort of a pattern or something.

Okay---we were just talking about this the other day and now I can't find the thread anywheres! I need some more information about it being a violation for debtors/collection agencies to validate the debt to credit bureaus but not to me when I request. I think it was Bryan that was talking to me about this?? I am writing credit bureaus again and I need the 'legal' term this would be called---or how I should refer to it to the bureaus. hope this makes sense. thanks much, shirley

Not only did I just interview well with TruGreen-ChemLawn and am about to be hired, but my current place of employment Protocol Recovery Services, is closing it's Pensacola office. It will be official on March 24th. The company is offering transitional help, such as letters of recommendation, resume help, unemployment coverage, and higher incentives for those who want to stay with the company but commute to either Atlanta or Panama City, there will be no Great Depression for those of us at the office.
