This website is apparently for a group of lawyers that wants information on several of the companies that are constantly complained about on this forum. They want info from anyone who has been contacted by them or sent a letter.

Today I received a letter from these people and they want payment sent to them at Malcolm S Gerald and Associates 332 South Michigan Ave, Suite 600 Chicago, Il 60604, but they have an address in the upper left hand corner PO Box 1058 Oaks, PA 19456. Thats when the first red flag went up. Then I checked them out on the BBB site and they have a unsatisfactory record with the bureau. I am going to hit them with a debt validation letter.

Does anyone out there have any contact information for either or all of these companies, it would be greatly appreciated? Thank you! :?:

This website has been so helpful...I have gained a lot of knowledge and kept my insanity by coming here and reading these forums. I have been giving out this website to everyone I know. Last week I was doing clinicals at the hospital (I am a Nursing student), and I was helping a paramedic with a patient they brought in, when her cell phone kept ringing...she made a comment under her breath about bill collectors harrassing her...so I told her to send the do not call letter, an told her about this website. She seemed really excited...so hopefully this helps her. Just wanted to share that story.

I have been receiving machine generated messages from allied interstate that states there is some very important personal information they need to discuss with me and I should call and ask for a particular person. These messages were coning daily for two weeks so I finally called the number and the person announced they were with Allied. I gave my name and asked why they were contacting me and the lady asked for my phone number. I re-stated that I had no idea what they wanted and she asked who my salesperson was and once again I said the message stated to ask for XXX.

Does anyone know about this agency? American Express Corporate card has passed my account to them. Does anyone have an address or fax so I can ask them to stop contacting me at work? Also, are they allowed to speak to third parties about this account?

Columbus, OH43236-1595 with my minor child I am in receipt of a letter from the above address claiming that my minor child owes money to the addressee or their client. This claim is completely incorrect and a violation of the right of a minor.

Can someone please help me asap. I have looked into signing up with curadebt.com or american debt foundation but both are settlement companies and i'm not sure if this is the best way to go or if i should do consolidation/management. I have 45,000 credit card debt and am behind. i have a car lease ending in 7/06 and need to be able to get another car. What is better for me to do and any good companies out there with low fees? Consolidation companies seem to want a lot of money monthly-@1050 and I can afford that -that's the same as my minimum payments. Please help.Thnaks
