Hi, Since it won't help with my credit report to pay Zenith Accuisition Corp., then what to do to fix the collection record that was claimed by Zenith Acquisition on my credit report? Will it be helpful if I directly pay to the original credit card company rather than the debt collect who the credit card company sold the debt to?

You say they cant prosecute you for fraudulent checks if they are taking tge payments out of your account what if u gave a temporary check to be able to process the lawn? Could i get criminal charges?

Hi i have purchased an advance with tior capital for $200.00 about 4 months ago n they have automatically takin 60 dollars out my account a week now when this first started i didnt pay it any mind because i thought they were just taking what they gave but as of now they have taken $360.00 n counting from my account which in other words they've tooken $160.00 dollars of my money causing my account to go negative which is causing me more problems n money. Now my debt in being collected through another company(leading edge recovery solutions). I have done this before and my debt was settled. Why is this debt still outstanding?
