Hi, I took out a loan for $300 with Alpha Processing a few months ago. Right before I was due for payment my bank got overdrawn so they didn't get the money. NO ONE called me to check up with me about paying, I can't find a website or phone # for them anywhere. A guy called me today saying I owe $805 by 4pm. He said I'm being charged with bank fraud! I asked him why no one called me sooner, told him I can't pay the $805 today and he got extremely rude with me. No offense to anyone, but he is foreign and I'm sorry I could barely understand anything he said.

I am ready to write a letter to paragon way. they continually called so I called and found out they are looking for someone who has the first letter of my first name and my whole last name. I said it was not me and they said they would take out my phone #. Well, they didnt and now Im going to write the letter, but how would I word this letter. Thanks

I need some help on how to deal with collections on these. I admit I owe the loans, but like many on here I fell into their trap of reloaning and now I am haveing a hard time gettting them paid. They continue to add charges to my account and my bank account. Can anyone give me some advice?

Mariah Vance called my office and told the administrative assistant that I had to call her back by 5 PM today or my attorney one. I attempted to call back and she never answered. Her number is 866-201-4603. I am sure she is trying to threaten me because a gentleman from the same place called one day on my cell phone and I asked that they send me some paper work about the bill they say that I owe. He refused to send it and never called me back. These people try so hard to rip you off.

I thought I was going crazy since we could no longer pull up the web site for these people. They have cleared 5 of my 6 accounts with the last one still on the books for over one year and my $ 2500 still in thier back account. Did this just happen? The last time I was able to access them was about 1 month ago. I will be joining all to file my complaint and hope to get my money back. Should I also get my records from the bank of the debits that were made. Because they never sent any paperwork other than the intial information packet.

Thank you so much for your help! I had loaned from "Cash Transfer Centers" Which is apparently the same as "Sonic Payday" and a bunch of others. I had missed the original payback day, and made arrangements for another payback day, missed that one due to another payday loan cleaning out my account. CTC gave me "one more chance" to pay off the loan, and I was prepared to do a Western Union payment. Well, the day came to pay it back, and I went to withdraw the money, and found that my account had once again been cleaned out.
