I am in NJ and I too got stupid with payday loans. I paid most of them off,but still have a few that are open.I have collection agencies calling me all the time at work.Is there any way that I can find out how many payday loans that I have that are still open? I think that I have 3.One is for $411 the other is $625.Would I be able to consolidate these and finally pay them all off? Hi everyone! Everyday we all gather online to console each other as certain collectors make everyone miserable in their own twisted way. Are you all wondering why most collectors are such jerks? I think so! Better yet, I have the answer.... Collectors have no life. We have so work something similar to a retail schedule. Evenings and Saturdays included.

HI im not sure if this is the right forum to post my concerns. Orchardbank has been charging me fees other than late payment fees, and overcharge fees. The way they charged me was little fees such as ACCOUNT SECURE, IDENTIY PP, CHECK BY PHONE ($12.95!!) I only have about $300.00 and i only used it 5x at the most. All thse little fees adds up. While they add up, they charged overlimit fee. All this goes on for month after month after month. Every month i called and checked and told them i dont want these IDENTITY THEFT fee and they won't remove it. I only have $300 Limit to my accuont.

I received a collection letter on a debt from 1992 in florida. I don't remember this Amoco $238.78 bill and have never been contacted about this. It did not show up on a credit report when I purchased a home in 2003. was told primary balance was 201.53. what are my rights here in florida? should i send the letter of dispute the collection agency states is necessary or just ignore this letter of collection? thank you, James P. Is there a minimum balance that is needed to get help? Also, is there a minimum balance for each credit card in order to consolidate?

I have been working with Accounts Receivable on 2 of my payday loans. I faxed them proof of payment that I had made to Ellis Crosby. They are going to honor the payments and forward them to the client, I asked them to send me a letter with my new balance. The woman I spoke with (who I might add was very nice and it was a nice change for once :!: ) said that her office didn't do that, that comes from the client. How should I handle this? I would like my balance adjusted to the "new" balance.

I received a call again today from a company called Encore Receivable Management, Inc. out of Olathe, KS. They have my Good Year credit card account. They claim they have sent me a letter, however, I have received nothing. I was told today they have no control over the mail and a collection letter was sent. She became very rude and said well you're problem if you didn't get it - good luck and hung up. What should I do not?

I posted about 2 weeks ago if anyone knew about Audit Systems. They are located in Florida and I do have the phone number. I just wanted to know if anybody has ever dealt with them before? Ann Marie
