I payed a judgement off that was on my credit report. I have written Equifax, Experian, and Trans Union to have this removed it's stopping from obtaining another place to rent. What do I do about this problem please respond. I'm homeless beacuse of this.

Hello...Can anyone offer info about a company with a good track record to sign up with for dmp?

After calling for the free consultation, what happens? Will I be referred to a list of dmp's or am I obligated to go with whatever the counselor says? Also, am I under any obligations if I call?

Does anyone know this company Credit Partnership LLC? I was having my debt managed through them and then they all of a sudden disappeared! Their website creditpartnership.com is now unaccessable and the phone number (877-202-8500) is disconnected. Any advice?

Well I had filed a complaint with the AG's Office in Nevada somtime ago about Cash Today. Well today they called me because of the complaint (live person). I don't want to go into too many details in case they are reading these posts. But they have received numerous complaints about this company and are being investigated extensively. Whoo!!Hoo!!

I was checking my credit report from Transunion, i found that the report of June 2005 had a Capitol One entery, it stated that it was to be remove on August 2006 and the credit report for December had the same Capitol One account with a date to be removed on September 2007. Is this legal, change the date, since the date of last activity/or last missed payment was was Ausgust 1999.

Does anyone know this number 888-579-8904? All I know is the same, very heavy acent, said from Capital Collections. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.
