I received a harassing call from Allied today. I informed the rep that I had disputed the claim, a year or so ago and had sent letters requesting a summary of payment history. The rep said he saw that I sent letters, but they had denied my request. I asked how would I know if it was denied if they hadn't contacted me. He said in a very rude manner, because "they don't have to". I told him he didn't have to be rude, but I wanted a payment history. He told me that it was too late, it was in collection and they wanted their money and they did not have to furnish any information to me.
