In 2009 I had a $400 PDL from Paradise Cash Advance. On the contract the loaner was a company called: IEG,LLC Hunkins Waterfront Plaza P.O. Box 556 Charlestown, Nevis West Indies I have only an email address for Paradise. I am getting collections calls from another entity and have sent the email to Paradise demanding a PIF and a refund. My requests are being ignored. This poor communication is what caused me to never be able to pay the thing off to begin with. I paid it. Over 1200 I paid to settle this. They say I never made the settlement.

i took out a loan from an online PDL in late 2010,due to unforseen circumstances i had to close my bank acct. which made the check i had given the PDL to be returned to them unpaid.

I keep getting phone calls from these people as does my Supervisor, Her Supervisor and the HR department. They say the original loan is with LHS Marking. I have no clue who they are? I am in Utah and looked them but not getting anywhere. They are really getting mean and belligerent. The more I ask for verification of debt the nastier they get. If I owe something fine but I why won't they give me any back up documentation? Anyone know anything about them?

Maureen from ALLIED INTERSTATE called my uncle in another state and told him she was calling for a job reference and needed my new phone number to contact me. My uncle isn't that gullible. He texted me and asked about it. I called him, got the womans name and number, blocked my phone number and called them. She asked me my name and i gave it. I asked her what job this was for as it had been a while since i had filled out any applications. She asked me to verify my social security number. Thats when i got pissy.

I have the following payday loans: 247 Greenstreet 905.00 - paid each pay period and renewed loan. Each pay period was 200.00 in fees x 26 = 5200.00. I cannot pay the lastest two for 905.00 each. I asked for a payment plan.

I have taken loans with 247 for over a year, you know how this started because I would pay and then have to take another right away to pay bills. This time I do not have the money and they call constantly. I just sent them an email asking for a payment plan and telling them I live in New Jersey and forwarded to them the laws. I have figured that in the last year I have paid them 200.00 a pay period for a 905.00 loan. that is over 4000,00 in interest. What should I do next. Thanks so much!

:confused:I had entered an agreement to pay back my credit card debt for an amount of $100.00 per month. Due to illness and economic hardship I have attempted to have the bank restructure payment plan to know avail. Since I could no longer make the $100.00 per month payments and they refused to renegoiate the terms there was no alternative but to send them $75.00 per month in good faith to pay off the debt. This payment was readily accepted and when I was contacted by the bank they told be not to worry just to keep making the payments.
