Can someone tell me how well they work with these payday lenders? Will I still receive calls at work and at home? Also, will they bother my references listed on the application? I also have a loan with Sonic Payday that is due next Friday. I have listed them with Town as well. Are they really going to get nasty?

How do you get help with consolidating unsecured debt for payoff when you are not behind on anything? I can't fathom that there is not a company that will take payments at a lower interest rate than 22-29% when I have a solid income and a good credit rating. My banks and credit unions will not touch my unsecured debt which was by the way accumulated for educaton expenses that they would not loan me money to cover. Is there any method that anyone knows of to get out of this situation? I can pay but I never get ahead because of the increasing interest.

I purchase a car and in 15 days the wiring in dash brunt the car and total it. I had Gab Insurance which I got from Chev dealer when I bought the car which I paid $500 for. Because the Gab insurance did not pay it went on my credit report of what the insurance did not pay. Is there anything I can do because the Gab was from the chev dealer but they said because I never made a first payment the Gab will not pay.

I have been dealing with ASG for about a month now (almost). They have my Sears account and we have tried many times to make payment arrangements with them, but they refuse payment arrangements. They told me 2 weeks ago that they would just come take my house if I don't pay...I told them good luck. Now they are actually calling my father-in-law daily at his house, and even on his extra phone line.
