I am Indian can i get loan from your company

I want to know if anyone else has dealt with these jerks. I went thru hell with these people 2 years ago and if I knew then what I know now, I would have had them by the balls. They even called my mother and told her her son was going to jail for fraud and got $700 out of her, and then called me(not mentioning that they got $700), and got more money out of me, (over $2000) I want to hear from anyone who has dealt with these people. I do not want anyone to suffer like i have. I am considering a lawsuit even though it has been a couple of years James

I have been in a consolidation program for 2 months now and have made two payments,but in the past few days I have received letters from 2 different CAs stating that my account was sent to them.Why would this happen if my creditors agreed to the payment plan.What do I do?Im confused as to why this is happening now.

Please please help im getting desperate and i don't know what to do now. I called Salle Mae's main number and the customer service rep says they would take my name off their list, however they forwarded to other collection agency. I'm still getting calls now from another agency by the number" 1800-900-1361 Can they do this? Forward my numbers to other collection agencies and how do i prove this now? I kept sending cease and desist letters but new agencies stareted to call..im getting really upset over this please help[/quote]

hello I just don't understand what is the penilty for consolidation. Will I lose my account with these credit cards?

Can someone please tell me if the payday loan companies can actuall charge you three times the amount of the original loan? I am assuming they are blowing smoke and saying whatever they can to collect.

Hello a payday loan company has been hitting my accounts for fees and I would like to know what I can do about it. My wife took out a loan for them, then sent the money to the wrong account and told my wife that that's the account number they had. I never applied for a loan from them, or signed a agrrement for wone with them. I started one, but didn't go through with it. They mixed up the information and sent it to my account. The account they sent it to was already negative because of a bounced check. So, when they sent it, the money was absorbed into that account.

Hello all, I am new here and have been looking for a way to reduce the financial expense of my mistake. I have looked into bankruptcy which is not an option, settlement which sounds okay and now debt consolidation. I have good credit with no late payments, a credit score of about 700 when I last checked. I have almost $20000 worth of debt. The payments and interest rates are getting out of hand. And to add to it the minimum payment amount going up next year doesnt help. It seems the credit card companies keep increasing the rates.

I have five or so payday loans and would like to consolidate them and try to pay them off in 5-6 months instead of paying them fees to roll them over. I have heard that there are some debt consolidation companies who will handle the payday loans. Can you provide me with contact info?
