I am looking for any help on this company. I am looking for a mailing address. I have two different phone numbers for them, but would like to find out where they are located. One is 866-645-1661. This numbers states they are CPD (Credit Protection Depot in Las Vegas), supposedly doing collections for CPD. The other number is the main number of 866-398-2274. I know there paperwork states that they are from Grenada? Any info would be appreciated. They will only work out payment arrangments with a credit counselor. I am unbale to find one that will work with only one loan.

This number keeps showing up on caller id. 847-410-8080. When I answer the phone, no one is there. Calls 3 times a day. Last night called at 9:10 pm.

I received a letter from a lawyer Arthur S Corrales, ESQ in FL. and I live in the Midwest. It is about a bill from T-Mobile over a cell phone I purchase about 3 yrs ago which I sent back because it was to big. Here is what the letter states: We represent T-Mobile in connection with a debt collection matter. Please be advised that the above stated account has been directed to our law firm for collection. Contact office xxxxx to resolve this matter. We trust and respectfully request that you will take the necessary steps to bring this account to a conclusion.

Ok so the other issue I have is my derogatory student loans... First off I had 5 student loans through citibank that went derogatory, Then they were purchased/taken over by the dept of education that went derogatory, Finally I have consolidated then loans and am paying on a regular basis... But the problem that I have is that now I have 10 bad reports on my credit file...How do I get them removed?

I have been hearing that there is a 4th collection agency and after doing alot of digging, I have found them. Innovis Consumer Assistance, PO Box 1358 Columbus, Ohio 43216-1358 They charge $7.00 for a report. Beings they are a credit bureau I would have thought that we would have been entitled to a free annual report from them also.

Is it legal for a collection agency to send out info with your full SSN, when even the Big 3 CRA's cover the first 5 digits on their reports?

I bought a car in 99 and the engine failed. I disputed with the company so did not pay them until they fixed. They did not fix, I did not pay. I stored in garage, it is still there. I transferred overseas and worked for five years. This account is past SOL and off my credit reports. I can not sell without title except the parts when I return. I can buy a cheap engine and drive again. My question is if I make a deal when I return with the car company, will it go back on my Credit report and I will be haunted another 7 years? If so then I guess I will sell it for parts.

Can you tell me what an average FICO score would be?
