Had a payday loan place (Zipcash) call and want to debit my new bank account $345 for an original loan of $200. Payment was due 12/9. They are willing to take it in three payments. I asked if I could send MO. They said in the contract I signed they will only debit my bank account. I believe in the contract it said I could send a MO. I've looked and looked at my email and I have no copy of the contract! I never signed any ACH authorization and they want me to sign one with my new bank info and fax it back. I know I never faxed anything to them.

Okay...allow me to provide a brief explanation of this situation. My fiance received a summons commencing a small claims suit against him by a law firm for a credit card he did not recall ever having. Since then, he has been presented with a copy of the application for the card, which appears to be signed by him. He no longer disputes that he once held the card, however, he is not being provided any proof of purchases made or charges/interest incurred due to use of the card. I just called to the law firm and requested a validation of the debt.

Lets start at the begining... I was out of work for 2 months and had no income... Them a month or so after I started working I crashed my car... No the bills are adding up big time... My bills are: Capital one (behind) Sallie Mae X2 (behind) car payment (on the crashed car, current) medcal bill (behind) cell phone (current) personal loan (current) Best Buy credit (behind) Yes that is x2 for Sallie Mae my parents are making me pay there half of my studen loan and that is behind too... I need to know what options I have to help get rid of these debts.

Has anyone heard of 1st Credit of America? They continue to call me and tell me that I owe $280.00 and they say it is for an adult website and I don't even have internet. I asked them to validate and they said they don't have to. They said I need to pay "or else". I don't know how to make them stop calling they sometimes call 3 times a day, weekends included. Any other info would help. :o

Hi--I am new to this forum and just ran across your discussion board while looking up Taylor james & Associates on the internet. I received a call from them the other day. After 4 tries at calling back an Andrew Edwards, I finally got the chance to talk to him today. He says that I defaulted on a $200 internet loan from Whistler Holding. I asked if he could please send me something in writing that proves that this debt is mine.

I attended college and somehow the financial aid was less than estimated. Anyway to make a long story short, I owed the school around $1200 which was turned over to a collection agency. I believe the name of the agency is Regional Collections. They said unless I can make a payment of $132 per month, they will seek to garnish my wages. They have only called me three times all at work. The first two times, I did not discuss anything with them and advise them to not call my workplace.
