i recently ordered a copy of my credit report, i found two items that did not have a date of first report, date of last activity nor did it have date opend...is this leagal since i have seen it before and was deleted from my file and now it's back, the same two companies.

What is the process that Sonic Payday takes to assign a wage assignment? Will someone notify me that this is being done or will it just be done? Also does anyone have a sample letter revoking the wage assignment? Thanks Kathy

I have a lot of debt due to payday loans and I wouldn't have done it but my credit is too poor to qualify for a personal loan, and I don't own a house so now I'm way behind on paying these off can you offer any help or advice? I don't think I qualify for debt consolodation as my total unsecured debt is not over I'd say $1,000.00 one of my credit cards is I think 60days past due so now they expect me to pay one lump sum payment of $136.00 as this is what I'm over on my credit limit. I am in the process of filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy and have received mail from this company regarding refinancing my current vehicle or obtaining a new one. Sounds too good to be true, I get to keep my car and only pay the blue book value not the amount of the loan I still owe, a difference of about $7,000. Is this Ohio company legitimate?

Would the negative information be automatically removed by the credit bureaus if the loan was sent to creditors and you have been in contact with creditors? This is in regards to a student loan.
