I had a loan out with Sonic that i was unable to pay back in full due to a work contract being expired. Obviously as it has been stated on here multiple times they would not take half. They claim they will do the wage assisgnemt/garnishment but since my loan has been taken out I have swithched companies and they do not have my new employee information. Should I still worry about a wage assignent, update my info with them, or just wait and see if they will allow me to pay it off half now and half later? Thanks

I really need an address for Anthony Galloway & Associates. I have spoken to them several times and they refuse to give me any information. Plus they are charging outstanding rates. They are the replacement for Ellis, Crosby & Associates I think - at least they are that bad! All they do is yell at me, threaten arrest, and decline any of my requests for information. I looked them up online and I cannot find any information about them. All I have is their call back number: 904-685-5008. Any help anyone can give me would be great.

I am trying to help my mom find out some information. She works long hours and not able to research things. On October 4, 2005 she received a letter from Roth & Rathburn Attorneys at Law out of New York City and she can't find any information on them anywhere. The letter stated she either pay her hospital bill in full or court action will be taken. She has been making payments to the hospital and the hospital has been cashing the checks. She sent them a debt validation letter to them and all they sent in return was a copy of the bill. That isn't considered a validation of debt, am I right?

Yes, they filed bankruptcy. The case number is 3:05-bk-15194-GLP. It's pending in the Middle District of Florida, Jacksonville Division. Ted Ellis Crosby filed an application to pay officer's salary of $2,250 per week plus health insurance, dental insurance and life insurance. That's $117,000 a year. He claims it's justified because he's working 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. The 341 meeting is 11/29/2005 at 01:30 PM at Jacksonville. GTO is listed as an unsecured creditor on the schedules to the amount of $250,000.
