I visited a lender and they were telling me something about 'Interest Only Home loan'. Can you please explain me in detail what does that stand for?

Back in August of this past year, I got a loan from FSM Processing (a/k/a FSM Group) for $250.00. I was in under my eyeballs in debt from cash advance places, and closed my bank account so I could catch up on these things. I've paid off a couple here and there, and am in the process of paying off one to FSM Processing. Well, after a run around, I finally got a payment to a company called ART (account receivable technologies), and everything was hunky dory.

I only have 2 payday loans left to pay off and I will be out of payday debt!!! PPGC said my account with them had been sent to a collection company with the above phone number, but the original creditor could not tell me the name of the collection company. Does anyone know who this number belongs to? PS DO NOT TAKE OUT MULTIPLE PAYDAY LOANS!!!!!! It has taken me to date over 4 months and a whole lot of money to escape the cycle. Just received a computer generated phone call from 888-913-2337. So I called it back and they stated they were Nationwide credit. Is this the same nationwide credit that was sued in Atlanta Georgia? Has anyone dealt with them?

Hi! I filed bankruptcy on 10/14/05 and I just had my satellite tv turned off. When I asked why, I was told that they were notified that I filed bankruptcy. Is it legal for them to shut off my satellite service as a punishment for filing??? Also, if someone could provide me info on what I can pay while I am waiting for the process to be complete and if I can purchase Christmas gifts I would appreciate it. I cannot find anything on what is ok to pay and what is not and I want to make sure I do everything right. (I filed pro se) Thanks! Melissa

is there such a thing as payday loan consolidation, because if there is one please let me know I am overwhelm with all these payday loans and I want to get rid of it. I tried to talk to many debt consolidators, but none of them do payday loans.. PLEASE TELL ME IF THERE IS SUCH THING AS A PAYDAY LOAN CONSOLIDATION.. THANK YOU
