this is a payday loan compay. i can't seem to contact them to pay off my loan. does anyone have a phone number for them?

Here we go again, Encore Receivable Management is calling all day and when I answer, no one is there. It is getting rather annoying. The number is 888-447-4169. Found out it was Encore Receivable Management from running it on the BBB. Does anyone know anything about these people? Haven't received a letter from them, just a day of no one on the other end calls.

To Roxette: How do I take my company's phone number off of your calling list? The person LTD is calling for has never worked at my company and yet they still call every single day and every single day I tell them not to call again. How does your company make any money when you are wasting time calling the wrong phone numbers? Did you know that it is illegal to continue calling after you were told not to call again? Perhaps my phone company and the police department will be more convincing because I have already contacted them.

Well United Legal called me requesting payment for No Fax Payday Loan requesting I pay the $300. Well I faxed them a validation of debt letter aand this is the response I received back. Why is she asking me for a copy of my contract? If they are collecting a debt for a company, they should have that information. I have recently lived in Canada while working for my previous employer. Last spring I accepted a new job in the States. I notified my landlord in attempt to negotiate a settlement to break the lease. We were not successful. I asked permission to seek to assign tenancy and was refused. I asked them to put the refusal in writing which they also refused to do. The landlord sued me for informing him of my intention to break the lease. (I was still paying my rent at that time and had not moved out as I intended to settle this prior to my move).

I have called the Albuquerque Regional to get my medical records as I almost died there and it was a long almost 2 1/2 months in hospital. They told me there were 1100 pages and it would cost me 600.00 to get them. I was under impression those medical records were mine as that is what my attorney said when I called to ask. Now I need to know if I have to pay for them or pay for their copying or what. I can copy the records for a lot less that their charging me. Please let me know how to go about handling this. I have had a few run-ins with Mary Shaw. She even went as far as to find out all of my parents information. She called my house one day and my mom answered and told her I was available and she called back later that day and called my mom a liar. She release financial and personal information about myself to her. Which my parents know everything about me so it wasn't such a big deal but I wasn't going to tell this company that.
