Hello, I attend college and had a credit card. It wasn't a problem until my employer only paid me half of what was promised. Not only was it difficult to pay the credit card payment, I started using the credit card to pay for almost everything because I didn't have cash. It got to the point where I ended up getting two other cards in order to 'cash-advance' myself to the next month ( getting cash from one credit card company to pay the min. payment on one credit card and the min.

I've sent a police report as well as proof of current address affadivit of fraud and I.D. several times certified mail. The creditors still claim the address is verified and will not discontinue reporting the fraudulent accounts. I also sent a complaint to FTC on each reporting agency. Does anyone out there have any suggestions, can't afford an attorney and creditors are still issuing credit to someone with my info. Any suggestions?

I have really made a mess of things with payday loans and am now losing almost my whole paycheck just to the fees, so it is impossible to pay them back. Does anyone know of a way to pay them back over time without incurring a bunch more fees??

Can anyone tell me how to negotiate with someone about a payment plan? I got a call from a Taylor at Magnum Cash Advance about a payday loan that I had with them and since had to close my checking account because of someone stealing money from me. She was very willing to work with me, but says that with the settlement she is offering me, she can only accept payments of $217.08 every two weeks, I just cannot pay that amount. How do I go about negotiating with her about this high payment, as I have other bills to pay.

I have horrendous credit card debt from my ex who battered me going into probably (i dnt have a copy of my credit report i am on disability and can't afford it) & I'm multiply disabled and deaf only (after the domestic violence) & can't pay anything to repair it unless they'd take $5 a month or something. What do I do? I can't even afford the filing or legal fees for Bankruptcy?? ANy help you can provide would mean the world to me.
