Hi. I had paid a charge off to a collection agency in full, it had to be the second or third letter I did not realize because I didnt open the mail. Now that it is paid and I didnt get anything in writing from them about what they would put on the credit report, does anyone know what I should do from here? Should I contact the collection agency about this or should I contact the credit reporting agencies about this?

Will I be able with my poor credit history to get one loan for 2700 with a pay back of 3 months maybe 4months the payment about 250 weekly ?

My bank account with mercantile banks just keeps going up I am currently oweing them 2,487 dollars they said they would make the arrangements with me but somehow my balance just keeps getting higher by the day!What can I do I don't know how to settle this? I know I have asked before but I need some more suggestions can anyone help me please!

I am on social security disability effective 06/05 due to a brain tumor and MS. I have one credit card with a $5000 balance I can't seen to get help with. I have tried to apply for a loan and was told this debt is not big enough. It is to me on disability but wouldn't be when I was working. Do you know of I way I can borrow at a smaller interest rate or get them to lower it? I can never work so I won't get an income tax return or bonus again. Any suggestions? Thank you

I believe this community is where we are suppose to help one another and lift each other up. We are suppose to be able to learn from each other's experiences and advice. I dont believe anyone in here has a "motive" except to become debt-free. All comments should be welcome in here no matter how insignificant it may appear to one's eye. Whether its just a quick thank you or I agree. Just being able to be part of something should be enough. I dont feel that we should be questioned by others the reason for us being here.

I have wrote about this before but didn't want to pull up an old thread so will try to make a long story short. I have a few accounts with dell financial. They keep getting passed around from agency to agency. I'm not new to the forum so I have taken the correct steps. I stopped the phone calls--told them written correspondence only. Go straight forward with the collection agency and ask for validation. I don't hear anything for a few months, then I'm hearing from a different collection agency. we have been going through this song and dance for a while now.

do i have to go to the attorny generals office to get these jerks from bothering me ?? i just received my reports from all 3 major credit reporting firms . guess what thye tell me i have no judgements , no late or even close to being late . and montgomery wards that they claim is in default isn't even on the reports . that was paid for when my first wife and i seperated in "95". what recourses do i have in my field of play here ???

To whom it may concern ive been trying to get a loan for roughly about 7500 to take care of some personal debts i have. Im right now going to school to try and get my montgomery gi bill back which would increase my income by 1100 dollars a month which i can use to pay back on the loan. I wont recieve my money until january after succsessfull completion in my course. If you can help me id be greatly appreciate it.
