I am using T&C as my debt management team. I looked them up on the BBB and they are in good standing. Have you ever heard of anyone having complaints against them?

I made the mistake of getting hooked on payday loans. I have a few. They are all in past due. I am going throuh a debt management program to pay them back. Although a couple of the payday loan companies say that they do not work with 3rd parties, the debt management progream is still sending them money each month. Even though the loan companies say they don't work with third parties, if they are reciving money each month, can they do anything to me

Can hospital bills be put on your credit report? I have several that have been put into collections because I'm still fighting with my insurance company to pay them. I'm supposed to have excellent insurance, but more often than not they pay very little or none of the bill. I can't afford a $1500 ER visit, so while I wait for the insurance company to settle, the bills go to collections. What is my best bet? I was thinking of paying just $10 or $20 a month on them to avoid any further action.

I recived a call for Michael from Ellis Crosby & Asso today. He said that if I did not send him $2,000 by 2Pm today, he would notify the State Atty's office and they would charge me with Internet fraud for taking out 4 payday loans. I tried to offer a payment arrangement but he would not hear of it and he kept talking over me and yelling at me. In the end I had to hang up on him. So I am not sure what do at this point. Since he refused a payment arrangement. Worried.
