I submitted a cash advance loan on 8/31 and then contaced the phone number. The person stated the loan would take 48 hours to be deposited into my account. Today the monies have not been entered. Is ther anyone available to speak with me regarding the cancellation of the loan or answering my contacting me by e-mail asap.

I have WAY too many credit cards that I got right away when I was 18 and went nuts on them. I am not even 21 and I am so far in debt. I cannot even afford to make my minimum payments every month so I am getting late fees, OD fees from my bank, etc. I'm especially worried since I have a baby on the way. How do I go about consolodating my debt?

Where is it supported that once a collection is entered into judgement, the entry can stay, but must show as a $0 balance? Somewhere in the FCRA or fdcpa?
