I have WAY too many credit cards that I got right away when I was 18 and went nuts on them. I am not even 21 and I am so far in debt. I cannot even afford to make my minimum payments every month so I am getting late fees, OD fees from my bank, etc. I'm especially worried since I have a baby on the way. Where is it supported that once a collection is entered into judgement, the entry can stay, but must show as a $0 balance? Somewhere in the FCRA or fdcpa?
