I received a phone call from 3 people from E-max that don't stop calling. First a Mark Ford called saying he wants $688 due immediately from a deby due from Bahamas Marketing Group. I told him to give me his telephone number and he gave 1-800-458-9081. Then I asked him where he was located and he said Somerset, NJ. (Kind of strange when all 3 people have an Indian accent and couldn't even provide me an addressof his location). When I asked for the address he placed me onhold and hungup. Round 2 (10 minutes later), I get a call from Sophia stating she was from Emax.

Please someone out there who has dealt with these people e-mail me thePlatinum B services called and said they don't have a reecord of me payin platinum.

Does the credit card company report to the cerdit bureaus when an account is put on your program. Is the report negative on my credit report.

Keep getting calls from 866-207-8184 and 718-647-3983. The 866 # is looking for someone with my husbands name but Different middle initial. I KEEP telling them this, but they continually call!! The 718-647-3983 # comes showing their name as just N.Y. But when you try to call it back, it is a DISCONNECTED #!!! The guy who called from it told me his name was 'Sam' from 'American Lending'. Never heard of them. The same thing happened to us just a couple of months ago with a 602 area code # that kept calling us numerous times.

I just received a phone call yesterday at my father's residence ( where I haven't lived for 4 years) and when I called back I was given the routine of , any warrants for my arrest?...am I on probation?...we are filing a warrant for your arrest...so on and so forth. I HAD taken out some payday loans out 6-7 months ago and thought that they were all taken care of. So, a month a go I closed out that checking account. They are now claiming that I am embezzeling money and internet fraud! The fact that I quit my old job two months almost three ago isn't helping either.

i went to this assistance place in tampa off of rome avenue called neighborhood family services i turned in all the paper work needed to turn in to get assistance with my rent and they told me they could assist me with $430 dollars for my rent.And then the worker called me back i guess after reviewing my information and told me that i was not approved for the assistance i was just hoping that i would get approved for the assistance cause i need to get caught up with my bills and she told me i wasn't i can't believe that..........

i told my employer this week to cancel my direct deposit out of my account and she told me that was not a problem she would make the phone call to human resources and she lied to me and didnt do it and now i have no paycheck cause she let it go on and my account was already in the negatives so my bank wiped out all my money for nsf charges and fees so now i am in debt have no money cause i asked my employer to cancel the direct deposits then this wouldve never happened i am so mad about this i cant believe they did this to me well i hope and pray they cancel it next week so that i will be able
