I would like to know who to contact in order to report staff that have no respect for people they are contacting.

Hi, I am in way over my head with payday loan debt. Nonetheless, I would like to attempt to correct thjis problem by consolidationg all of my payday loans. Is this possible?

I got a call from Ellis Crosby and Assoc. on my cell phone and at work today (Sept.1, 2005). They said that the FSM group was filing 2 charges against me. one for breech of contract and the other for obtainning a us loan with attempt for fraud or something like that. Anyways, I do owe FSM group money, but I am going through a debt consolidation program and they are sending them money every month. The debt consolidation program told me that as long as the payday loan company is reciveing money to pay on my past due account they cannot do anything to me.

can payday loans be included in debt relief programs once they are sent to collections?

Have anyone dealt with this company. They say a lot of things like ECS does.

How can the gas stations legally raise the price of gas in such a manner that it is over .50 cents higher over a one day period when they have not received more gas. It's the same gas, but costs more, I just want to know why. Thanks Roger Betz

I received a call from two different people this morning on my voice mail. They are both from the same company and both have very thick accents so it's hard to understand them. But the number they left to return the call was 800-450-9081. It sounds like they are saying from E Max. Has anyone heard of them or recognize the number? I dont owe anything other than the call I got from Ellis Crosby and I want to make sure it's not them. However, Ellis always managed to call me at work and these people called on my home phone. Just wondering if anyone had any ideas. Thanks!
